Shadowing Day 2010

WorkReady Philadelphia
Shadowing Day is just the beginning. It provides an opportunity for companies to experience, perhaps for the first time, the value that good mentors play in the lives of young people.
Shadowing Day is an opportunity for area businesses and organizations to welcome Philadelphia students into their workplace for a one-day career exploration or a one-day industry specific experience. The program, which is an integral component of WorkReady Philadelphia, provides 9th and 10th grade high school students with first-hand exposure to the working world and an understanding of how school is connected to career success.
