8:45 - 8:55 am Welcome to Wharton (Leonard Lodish, Samuel R. Harrell Professor; Professor of Marketing; Vice Dean, Program for Social Impact; Leader and Co-founder, Global Consulting Practicum)
8:55 - 9:05 am Welcome to Strategic Partnerships Conference (Jill Michal, President & CEO United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania)
9:05 - 10:15 am Partnership Process: Facilitator led discussion of how leaders develop the relationships and ideas (formally and informally) that lead to organizational partnerships.
10:30 am - 12:00 pm Innovative Partnerships Prize: Five organizational partnerships selected from the first phase of the competition will present for 10 minutes and have a 5-minute Q&A with a panel of four judges. After the presentations the panel will deliberate and choose three awardees. The three selected partnerships will each receive a $15,000 award. The audience will participate in the selection process.
12:00 - 1:00 pm Lunch w/ keynote speaker: Darlyne Bailey, Dean and Professor, Special Assistant to the President for Community Partnerships, Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research will deliver a presentation entitled: Planned Change: Strategic Partnerships in the Age of Paradox.
1:00 - 1:45 pm Open Group Discussion: Facilitated conversation to generate new ideas about strategic partnerships and how to apply learning from the day.
1:45 - 2:00 pm Announcement of Innovative Partnerships winners
2:00 - 2:15 pm Strategic Partnerships Conference Closing
