Raise
Me Up is a campaign to raise awareness and inspire action on behalf of children
in foster care in Philadelphia and in communities all across America.
Children in foster care tend to struggle unless caring individuals and communities intervene. They are more likely than their peers to become homeless, more likely to enter the prison system and more likely to experience post-traumatic stress disorder. By giving, advocating and volunteering you can make a difference in the lives of these children.
