We’re pleased to announce that 30 grant awards totaling $332,300 will be made from the Neighborhood Funding Stream to organizations that will serve children and youth from the American Street and North Central Empowerment Zone communities.

Starting in 2006 NeighborhoodsNow began working with 6 neighborhoods across the city, training their residents to be active participants in the growth of their communities. These projects ended up transforming the residents and their neighborhoods. Here are a few of their stories.
