United Way of America, in partnership with the Ad Council, Civitas, and Families and Work Institute, has launched Born Learning, a national early learning campaign that helps parents and family/friend caregivers create quality early learning opportunities for children from birth to five.

United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, along with the eleven other United Ways in the Delaware Valley, have enthusiastically joined this campaign to raise public awareness about early childhood issues and showcase our community impact affecting young children.

This effort beautifully complements the work presently being done by United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s, Early to Learn: Partners for School Readiness initiative, that has already launched a social marketing campaign with the message, “Show. Tell. Read. Sing, Play. Do a little. Every day.

There are public service announcements presently running on television stations in the Delaware Valley and radio spots, and print ads, will follow shortly.

To access the wonderful materials available, you can easily connect to the Born Learning site, and download materials.

It is through your support of United Way’s work in the community that programs like Born Learning are possible. Thank you for your commitment to “what matters.”
